RecommendedThe place is absolutely stunning from the second you walk in! I was greeted by Kimberly and toured several two bedroom apartments, the detail in the apartments and the color schemes are so nice. She let me know they are under new management and are working to get the place where it needs to be to run smoothly. I’m still looking at one other community in the area. Definitely a difficult decision as I’m new to the area but Kimberly was very informative from start to finish.
Worst apartment community I have leased with. This property was correctly managed under Greystar, but under new management (IRT) things have QUICKLY fallen not only short but completely apart. I have leased here for 7 months and have been charged additional fees without my knowledge during my time here. I have tried to rectify this issue internally for several weeks both with the on-site property management and with the corporate office. This place was genuinely so nice and I felt at home when I first moved in and this is not to dismiss how beautiful the property is however, since IRT took over there have been many ongoing issues that have not been properly addressed and no attempt at communicating and being transparent with residents. I am in a 1 bedroom paying over 1800 with broken parking gates WHILE HAVING TO PAY FOR PARKING. I would strongly caution anyone considering moving to Tisdale. In my experience, this property is poorly maintained, unfinished, and nowhere near the standard you would expect for the rent being charged. The construction work around the property appears incomplete, and many areas honestly look worse than older low-income apartment communities.
