Worst apartment community I have leased with. This property was correctly managed under Greystar, but under new management (IRT) things have QUICKLY fallen not only short but completely apart. I have leased here for 7 months and have been charged additional fees without my knowledge during my time here. This place was genuinely so nice and I felt at home when I first moved in and this is not to dismiss how beautiful the property is however, since IRT took over there have been many ongoing issues that have not been properly addressed and no attempt at communicating and being transparent with residents. I am in a 1 bedroom paying over 1800 with broken parking gates WHILE HAVING TO PAY FOR PARKING. I would strongly caution anyone considering moving to Tisdale. In my experience, this property is poorly maintained, unfinished, and nowhere near the standard you would expect for the rent being charged. The construction work around the property appears incomplete, and many areas honestly look worse than older low-income apartment communities. The fire alarms are setting off in the middle of the night and day, no one does anything, it it horrible living near this apartment complex
