I would recommend this company. We've had a great experience with them from the time we walked in the door to selecting colors and the rest of the process. Philip, William, Thomas and Peter are great people to work with on getting the home you want and where you want. Matt is great with the land process as well. You won't be disappointed, we weren't. My husband and I started our mobile home buying process today, and Titan was the first company we spoke with. Peter Hartwig in the San Antonio,TX office off 410 & Marbach was super helpful when answering our questions. Peter was not pushy but very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about or options. We are still considering other manufacturers being that we literally started considering purchasing 2 days ago, but Peter really set the bar high with his level of customer service.

Everyone at Titan was very polite & willing to help you. They ask what you are looking for in a home. They give you options for you to think about if you want to improve on the home. The young man helping me was Peter who was very generous with his time. He answered my questions & gave me all the information on the building of the mobile homes.
