The whole buying process from them is a nightmare. You will have a problem after problem in every step. And once you finally get into your home you will continue having problem after problem because their installers don't do it right. I've only been living here a month and I've had and water leak in my bathroom, my air duct just came off after the wind last night due to poor installation, our water heater went out (the wires literally burnt up) I can go on and on. Just go else where.
Bad Customer Service and Trailers are not built well Problem after Problem ,first year in ours the heater goes out in Winter took forever to fix then shower messes up and had to fix it several times
Crooks nothing but crooks. Don't communicate, and refuse to admit fault. Will do my best to shut them down!
Don’t buy a house from these guys. They seem great at first and my sale man was a marine like I am so I figured he was good. The price for the house was high and everything in the house breaks all the time. They tell you there is a 5 year warranty but it’s just a year. I have owned the house less then 2 years and all the cabinets have broken, the counter tops get a little wet and warp and break. The carpet is the worst it has pulled up all over the place. This place needs to be run out of town I would have been better off to buy a cardboard box very cheap made home falls apart and if you can get them to do anything they send someone that has no idea what they are doing so it gets fixed the way the home is made half ass ask around before you buy believe me you won't regret looking somewhere else but you will if you buy from them titan is by far the worst place you could go
