BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not let Titian talk you into in a drive ..etc. i paid them 33000 dollars for nothing. they say the guarantee the work, until something goes wrong and then they will ghost you or pawn you off on others. I just had my home installed less than less than three years ago and I have had to spend an additional 6000 dollars replace what the had installed or repair the work the did. The just want you money and the provide you subpar work. The were very dishonest with me.

I’d leave zero stars if possible. DO NOT use this company. HORRIBLE customer service. ZERO follow up skills. Originally told 6-8 weeks to be “turn key ready”; after paying they changed it to “about” 13 weeks (they are unable to give an exact time frame. It’s been 34 days and we’ve had no updates- called to cancel and told we can’t which makes no sense. We paid cash and the house has not been started - yet “Bobby” the GM says we cannot cancel??? Think twice before purchasing a home from Titan and Champion Redman! You need to dig deeper into what your selling! I not only have had many issues with my home as you know but also I have a friend that’s home is 3 years old and has many of the same problems as mine! Figure it won’t be long and they will be filing bankruptcy so they can get out of warranties! Much like mine! But now they have Harvey to hide behind!
More worried about paperwork, then even showing a house not knowing anything about the people... Will not recommend or go back!!!
