We have had our home since July and still have not had the repairs from the factory mistakes. They were finally supposed to come out today and so far no show no call. If you want the run around then this is the company for you. Electrical outlets in Sheetrock only not a stud, so they pull out of the walls, they cut something on my linoleum floor so I have razor blades cuts in my flooring, the rock on my fireplace that was off when they brought my home is still not fixed, there is an outlet on my kitchen bar that will fall th... read more

i had a great experience. until my trailer got delivered. READ THE STICKER INSIDE UR KITCHEN SINK DOOR... once its delivered ur on ur own. THAT was my experience.

We purchased a home from Titan in June 2016. Crystal was courteous and GM was a jerk. Many repair issues with home after setup. Wall switches and plugs that were not wired at Athens Factory. We had to caulk and paint entire inside again. Factory job was a mess. Carpet lose along many walls and they never fixed it. Main item: roof leak over LR and master bath. Reported several times and still leaks. Factory says out of warranty so basically “too bad”. Spoke with new Abilene manager few months ago. Again no response... read more

First off let me say this... the staff at titan are 5 star! You could not find anyone else who will put in the leg work and put in the hours to get you a home! Jenna and Ryan are top notch! Only reason I'm giving a 3 star is for my home itself and the transport company who delivered my home... I'm not saying don't buy from titan... I'm saying if a TRU home is what your buying then find another home to purchase from titan. Since my house was delivered, the first time the set crew(employed by the transport company) showed up... read more

Wanted to look at some of the homes. When we first got in there it took them a minute to even greet us. Then when we finally saw someone named Tammy we told her we just wanted to look. I didn't want to do paperwork because what if I wouldn't have been interested in their homes. She said okay. Then turned around and said hold on and started dealing with her insurance on her phone because she was tired of paying it is what she stated. Wasn't even paying attention to us. I do not recommend that you use Abilene Titan for your homing needs. While at first they are extremely friendly--remember in the back of your mind it is all about the sell and not about customer service or long term for you. My home was delivered with two busted doors and two busted broken toilets in the middle of July. It is Aug 17, 2017 and I still have broken toliets that run and could flood if not caught or checked--and busted doors that are bent and will fly open if not constantly locked.
