We had an amazing experience! After our last deal falling through with another manufacturer, who was trying to pull one over on with the developmental cost and then jacking up the price by $10k at closing time, we felt discouraged and that we would never find the right house. The staff at Titan in Abilene are phenomenal! We worked directly with Justin, but they all went out of their way to make our experience great. Justin is the best salesman we have ever worked with, and would recommend everyone use him. When we got there, he greeted us like we had been lifelong friends, and we sat and talked/swapped stories with him for 45 minuets before we even got to housing stuff. If you are in the market for a new home, this is the place to go!
