RecommendedI called Karen at maybe 230pm about my water heater. She was amazing with me on the phone. She was able to work with my heinous work schedule and get the phenomenal Trevor Scott to my house at a grueling 730am the next morning.😂 That man is a ham! He was just slapped full of knowledge. Unfortunately, he was able to get me to work, on time 😆 In less then 24hours I was back up and running with a water heater. These people don't play with their customer service. Pleased is an understatement.
