RecommendedIt's the 4th of July and both toilets were clogged. I called and spoke to a very sweet young lady. As she was taking down address, phone number and taking notes on the problem she dispatched a tech. A half hour later he shows up and 20 minutes later everything is back to normal! What a great team!
RecommendedMy AC stopped working as the temperature soared. They came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, the compressor was short circuited. The next day, they had the new parts, installed them and got the new system up and running. They had to move stored items and shelving out of the way and then restore it all to its original location when done.

RecommendedI had a leaking/broken outdoor shutoff valve. I called Titanz and they sent Steve and Al the next day. I was afraid they were going to have to chip into the stucco because they were having a difficult time getting the valve off. But Steve and Al were able to get the old valve off and replace it without breaking into the stucco, saving me money! They did such a great job, and left everything better than it was before. I highly recommend Titanz, especially Steve and Al. Thank you!

RecommendedPrompt, friendly service. I had an emergency plumbing issue and they arrived within 30 minutes, on a Sunday. Explained what happened, showed me the old pipe and explained the repair needed and quoted me a price before starting. Repaired my pipe quickly and connected me with a dryout service to clean up the spill.
