I HIGHLY recommend everyone get a free consultation from TLC. Dr. Penick and his staff were so kind and patient with me. I was incredibly nervous on the day of the procedure but they waited for me to calm my nerves and talked me through the whole process. Dr. Penick even played my favorite band during the procedure to make me feel comfortable. I’m so very thankful I left my eyes in their hands and I would do the procedure over and over again with them if needed. I can’t say enough good things about this place. ❤️
I highly recommend TLC Laser Eye Center of Little Rock! The entire staff, from reception, nurses, technicians and optometrists are efficient, capable, and treat patients and family with kindness. The staff at TLC was so courteous and friendly. I really don’t think that my procedure could have gone any smoother or with a better outcome. I’ll be honest, the actual procedure (LASIK) is really uncomfortable with pressure on the eye, but it only lasts for 30 seconds. Again, staff was friendly and supportive. Im so glad I decided to go ahead and have the procedure done and am looking forward to several Years glasses and contacts free!
So friendly! Make sure every question and concern is answered! Their service is fast I never had to just wait for long periods of time! Had my consultation Monday had lasik Thursday and Friday I have 20/15 vision! Highly recommend!
