I would definitely recommend Dr. Pennick and the staff at TLC. Everyone was so nice and positive. I’ve worn glasses since I was 7 and contacts since I was 11. My eyes were -10. I was apprehensive and anxious about the procedure but it was over in less than 17 minutes. I cried when he told me to look at the clock on the wall and tell him the time. I just had my surgery yesterday and am already seeing so much better. I still laugh at how clearer everything is and seems to be getting by the minute. The people at the Little Rock office were so kind and very professional. They made me feel very at ease and comfortable from the eye exam to the surgery itself. Thank you all at TLC Little Rock!
Dr. Penick and Dr. Wood are incredible. They had great communication with me and had me in and out so quickly on surgery day. The check in staff, Kia, was excellent and very nice. I have recommended Lasik to all of my glasses/contact wearing friends!
I went in for a free consultation on a Monday and had my surgery that Friday! The staff has positive vibes that is just contagious and they take care of you from beginning to end! You even get to rock out to some great music while getting your eyes done! Lol For a ‘surgery’ it was a fun experience and it does not hurt at all!! My only regret is that I did not do this sooner!!
Great experience!! I called for a free consolation and got in the very next day. Surgery was the very next week!!! I’ve worn glasses since the kindergarten and contacts since 9th grade and this is literally life changing. Now, I just have to get out of the habit of waking up in the morning and reaching for my glasses lol. I’m 20/20 now!!!! Great, friendly staff. Doctors were amazing and took great care of me. Just all around a great place to go! Would definitely recommend!! TEN STARS ⭐️
