I am HORRIFIED by the service my husband received. When we arrived at his consultation we were informed that patients were the only ones allowed in the building due to COVID restrictions. The day arrives and I wait in my car, we show up at his appointment, which was scheduled for 3:30. He did not get in until 5:45, but this is not the issue I’m struggling with. I’m not sure of these comments and if they are real, but I honestly had to worst service from the get go. They never answer the phone. You schedule a appt and get seen two hours later. I made it VERY clear that I was not able to do this without Valium. They even told me I would have two. Got to my appt today. No Valium. I made it VERY clear I was terrified and that would help me not know anything. The doctor had zero sympathy for me. I had a literal panic attack on the table. Went here for lasik consultation and was left waiting for 45 minutes past my appontment time. Going somewhere else.

Highly recommend the Doctors and Staff TLC Laser Eye Centers. They are awesome, went if for Lasik on both eyes, and WOW what a professional experience. Dr. Wexler made the day of LASIK easy, he was open with what all was happening and walked me though it all. I can't say enough about all the staff there either, all of them showed a caring attitude and made the experience personal. Amazing personal service, the entire staff was excellent and I can SEE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am 2 days out from surgery and the only way I can tell I had surgery is because I have amazing vision!! I would definitely recommend this surgery and TLC!!
Just an FYI - Anyone considering getting this done I would not go here. I made it all the way to the Lazer and it would not dock up to my eye socket. It hurt extremely bad and put enormous pressure on my eye turning it red. I was given a refund and escorted out the door without them even examining the damage. I was looking very forward to better vision and left in pain.
Scheduled 10days out(was the earliest open day they had available). Received several "reminders" that the appointment was coming - plan accordingly)including this morning. Laid off work to attend (at great cost to me) only to be informed (less than 19hrs from scheduled appointment) that TLC has to reschedule "Sorry". Wonder if followup appointments would've been handed so callously.
