RecommendedJoe Goris is beyond awesome! We had a very difficult job, and Joe and his team stuck with it over a couple of days. He kept us informed regularly. He was friendly and personable and we felt he had our best interest at heart.
RecommendedHad a major repair scheduled. Turned out not to be as major. Reduced the cost. Left my bathroom spotless. The plumber sent to the house called for assistance when he found something he hadn’t seen before.
RecommendedTLC is on time and works quickly. I have never had to have a return visit for the job that was specified (although issues beyond the original repair have resulted in callbacks … the original repair was fine but there was more to do). Phone service is good and technicians are knowledgeable, businesslike, and easy to work with. I have had at least a dozen TLC jobs done over the past 20 years and all turned out well.
