I had an absolutely fabulous experience working with my loan officer. From our initial meeting to closing (and even after) I was at ease and knew I was being taken care of with my best interest in mind always. The communication was perfect and met all of my needs. Based on a recommendation, I chose to work with Todd Gosden and his team at Compass Mortgage for our recent home purchase. Todd has a large team of people behind him. I was going out of the country and had a very aggressive close date. We would recommend Todd to someone in a similar situation. Explanations were given when we had questions and very polite to any of our concerns were answered. Everything asked from the start to end required by us to produce were handled quickly and addressed by his team. The flow went well as the team worked great to get our loan approved.
