The service was outstanding. One thing that could've been slightly better at times was communicating the progress a little more often. Sometimes we felt a little out of the loop.
It would be helpful for somebody to explain in the beginning what the title company does versus the mortgage group and "introduce" each employee as they enter the process: name, company, and role. It can get confusing. We did not always get a response when we asked a question- maybe we asked the wrong person or one thought the other was answering. Also, can the closing date, location, and time be confirmed and communicated to the clients more than a day or two ahead of time?
Very communicative thru the whole process and always kept me informed during the process.
Todd and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Went above-and-beyond many times. We couldn't be more satisfied. Will absolutely recommend him to those who need a lender.
