Part of this is due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic but I didn't hear back for a while when I requested additional information on when the closing would happen. The original date was around November 1 but didn't actually happen until Nov. 17. As i had to sign or initial documents without anyone else present, it was awkward and, if I hadn't been through this procedure 3 times in the last 8 years, it would've been much more difficult.
