Tom is the most honest and smartest lender I have ever worked with. I was not able to get the loan done due to my own financial situation, but Tom looked at every possibility to try to help me out. I liked his responsiveness to my email and his communication with me through the process. I never had to call him to see where we were at in the process as he was always very proactive in keeping me in the loop. I had to write a review to personally thank Tom and his team for taking time out of their busy day and working with my Father and Mother on all the options that they had to choose from for their mortgage. Tom reviewed their entire economic situation and gave them the best advise for them. That included not refinancing but taking out a credit line on their house that was the smartest and most economical decision. Thanks to Tom they are now living out their dream stress free. I am a Realtor and have worked with Tom for the past 6 years. I always use him because the is good with my clients. There just seems to be fewer problems when he is involved. In addition to being knowledgeable he is patient never makes my clients feel pressured. When a transaction is closed my clients always tell me it was a pleasure to work with Tom. I have dealt with a lot of Good mortgage lenders over the past 35 years, but Tom Cychner has to be the Best of the Best. Goes out of his way to make the Loan process as easy as possible. Has thorough knowledge of all the latest rules and regulations pertaining to the mortgage industry. Represents his profession with the utmost Integrity. Best of all he genuinely Cares about People! I recommend him and only him to all my family and friends for their mortgage needs!

Tom is very knowledgeable in his profession. He gives you advise and makes the whole process of getting a loan very comfortable. He is ethical in what he does and I would recommend him to all my friends and families for getting a home loan. Definitely takes away the stress in this part of the home purchase or refinancing process
