Gets it done !! Toni worked very hard to overcome problems and help complete my financing. When her underwriters had issues with the nature of my business, Toni found another lender and continued to help until the loan was complete. I highly recommend Toni.

We ended up closing a fairly complicated loan package, that required approval from ... I will be the first to admit that I had a deep distrust for mortgage brokers and basically anyone in the home loan business when we started looking for our first home. They had major problems with the info, but Toni was able to communicate with them ... Toni went to bat for us with the escrow company in Albany when buying our house. They had major problems with the info, but Toni was able to communicate with them and get it all worked out so we didn't have to deal with the frustrations. That was so appreciated!!!

She is hands down the best! Second time going through Toni. She is hands down the best! She will respond to you via email or telephone immediately, you do not even have to eat a day let alone a couple hours. These days fantastic customer service is hard to come by but not with Toni she is the BEST. She will answer any question you have 10 times if needed and will guide you step by step detail by detail through the whole home buying process.

I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a home to not even think about it without using Toni Dassance with American Dream Home. She can make every step of the process so painless.
