Toni provided great expedited service when I needed it the most. My realtor got in touch with her when I was having scheduling issues for an appraiser with my first lender. I was having a really hard time getting approved for a loan anywhere near the amount we were needing/wanting. Toni is the 4th person I talked to and it was smooth sailing from there. She was the only one who could get us in the range I was hoping for and even looked into what I would need to do to get it even higher if needed.
