Tony! Tony made it great. We originally went with Tony for initial mortgage....which was then bundled and sold off. It was Tony who reached out to look at a re-fi, even though he didn't have the loan anymore. The company who had purchased our loan tried to keep us by offering better rates. In the end, it was Tony who earned our business because of his personal connection. PLEASE DO NOT SELL THIS LOAN AGAIN...WE WISH TO STAY WITH TONY!
