A more comprehensive list of submittals at the beginning of the process would have been helpful. I created my own checklist of items that needed to be submitted so I could keep up with the documents. It worked well for me, but I can see where it might be difficult for less organized buyers.

Tony Fragale et al Did a phenomenal job walking me through the entire loan process. Especially, when this loan process was a lot more difficult that we both anticipated. No fault of Tony's, but due to me being a Self Employed Business Owner, trying to prove my income etc with the Underwriters. Needless to say, Tony was able to stick by me, whilst guiding and assisting me through this quite challenging and frustrating ordeal. Fortunately, we were able to finally get it done. All due to Tony Fragale and team. Thank you!

Tony and his team were top notch, we came with a lot of special circumstances (we have co signed on a few things for our children, we have two LLCs as well as full time jobs, lots of other properties and moving pieces, loans, etc). My credit score wasn't ideal. we had even already spent a month with another lender who couldn't get the deal closed. Tony took us on and got it done. He and his team are professional, responsive and easy to work with. If you use Tony to get your lending done, you will not be disappointed.

Tony and his whole team really helped us out with refinancing our house. My husband works offshore and the entire team went above and beyond frequently working after hours to help make this process stress free! Seriously the best team we have ever worked with. Granted I have lived in many places throughout the United States, this was my first home buying experience. Even before I decided to go with Tony Fragale as my lender, he was checking in on me and giving me advice/tips that as a veteran I wouldn't have thought to ask. Any questions that I had, whether I asked them once or a dozen, he was patient and answered them fully.
