The personal connection made. Tony doesn’t just make you feel like you are just a client, he is always available to assist inside or outside business hours. He really makes sure you understand the language being said in your documents. Tony also takes it step by step. Never once did I have him say ‘this is what I need don’t contact me again until you have it all done.’
