Awesome communication. I knew what I needed to do on my end at all times. When I was confused, they answered immediately and were always super helpful. I was never waiting on them to complete anything and they were always prepared. Tony had my pre-approval letter ready the same day I initially called him which was super helpful in getting a jump on looking at houses in person. My realtor and closing company both mentioned how easy Tony and his team were to work with.
