Our business with Tony was somewhat complex as we had to handle everything remotely. He and his team stepped right up to the plate and walked us through every step. I was very pleased with his quick responses. He got us a great rate and even managed to knock out a few of the additional costs usually associated with a refinance. I was able to complete the refinance of my property in 4 weeks, starting with my first email to Tony inquiring about a refinance to the closing date. I feel given the current covid restrictions and other issues around that, this was a quick process and I credit that to Tony Gatliff and the associates at Mutual of Omaha. The loan app was a very useful tool for notifications and updates of the loan process.
