I honestly feel like I made a friend here. Tony took the time to find out what I needed and helped me to understand every step so that I could make an informed decision. The process wasn't perfect, but it was so easy, and I feel like I've been provided with a level of service usually reserved for people way more important than myself. The customer service was great and the time it took to discuss my options, make a choice and then close on my loan was far less than expected. Tony did a great job keeping the communication open as well as facilitating the responsibilities of other people that were involved in the closing process.
