Tony was with us every step of the way with our cash out equity loan. He made things happen. He was up front about what our best options were and how to use the options to best benefit us in the long run. He always answered our questions, even on weekends! Overall easy process. Ami was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of paperwork to sign digital and in person. Not sure if this could be streamlined or reduced.
