What an easy and smooth process. I didn't have to fiddle with learning someone's web site. I didn't get passed off to other team members. Tony did it all. He rolled right into my communication style and went above and beyond. I have worked with finance folks before, NEVER has it been this easy. I was afraid to start the process--one week and one day start to finish.. Tony was non judgmental and made it happen for us. Could not recommend him more! We will see him again.
Toni is as amazing. He walked me through everything. He didn’t even blink an eye when we had to start over. He took my crazy in stride and helped me have a great experience. He is very good at his job and I’m so glad I got connected with him.
Where to start? Tony has been amazing to work with. He is available when I have questions and he kindly reaches out with what steps we are on and whether I need to do anything. He gives me relief from my anxiety of the process. He called me on closing day and congratulated me. He is a problem solver when we were not sure what my loan would look like. Mr Valentini did not start off as my agent. He took over my situation after I texted my previous person. I had been sitting in a “closing disclosure” status for a hot minute and was requesting an update. Tony reached out to me following the text. Tony was with us every step of the way with our cash out equity loan. He made things happen. He was up front about what our best options were and how to use the options to best benefit us in the long run. He always answered our questions, even on weekends! Tony went above and beyond. Answered all questions and offered advice on additional questions outside of the process.
