I asked Tooth Acres to check to see if they accepted my dental insurance three times. They said that they accepted my insurance and I was all set to be seen. I went to my appointment like usual, but received a $450+ bill. They said that I was not in network even though I asked them three times and they confirmed my coverage. They will not accept their mistake for giving out false information to a patient.

Called to make an appointment to have a painful tooth extracted. The earliest time that they had an opening was in ten days. I really didn't want to wait but I always had good experiences with Dr. Mike so I decided as painful as it was I would wait. When I got there I found out that Dr. Mike was semi retired and that I would be seeing Dr.Rob. I just wanted to have the tooth removed.
