RecommendedI had another review regarding a delay in my order for 6 months or more, I reviewed it as 1* but then the company were successful in resolving this issue I had, therefore this is just another review to explain the issue that existed and that it's been resolved very efficiently with better service this time.

By far the worst customer service I have even encountered, they simply do not know how to conduct a business.
Called to ensure product in stock before ordering, ordered immediately. They flag the order as "shipped" the next day but it is still sitting in their warehouse. Then they ask me if I can pick it up when the price included shipping. No, I'm not driving to Toronto to pick up my order. Tell me okay, they will deliver today (11 days after the order was placed).
