Wonderful Team I haven't yet been through the entire process, but the team has been wonderful. They are always there to answer any questions. They have been gracious in dealing with my screwy schedule. They have even put up with me when I was being a bit difficult.

Unexpected Results. Before Top Flite I had spoke to 4 different Lenders. Each of the Lenders were unable to help me with my cash out refinance. I make a good living but showing it on paper was an issue. I have equity in my home. Mr. Cole was able to make me make sense on paper.
