Ideal Location & Amazing Amenities From location and amenities to management and maintenance, this property stands out among the rest. The apartments and common spaces are beautiful and pristinely presented. The private pool deck and on-site grocery store are features rarely found in community living outside of downtown Chicago, and proximity to the Metra makes getting downtown an absolute breeze. The staff is wonderful and super friendly which makes it an easy decision to call this place home.

Great Apartments & Location I have lived here since the building loved it and absolutely love it! The building is new and is located right in the center of downtown Mount Prospect. There is a grocery store that is accessible from the lobby which adds a whole other level of convenience. Everyone that works here are super friendly and accommodating.
Great Place to Live In Andrew, Georgia, Jennifer. I've been living here for almost one year and it is great! Staff is very understandable and communicative. I am a manager/Director of Operations myself and I know hard it is to accommodate everybody's needs, but they do an awesome job. The only thing we as a community are missing is a pool table, hopefully, we can see one in the near future. Thanks again Andrew, Georgia, Jennifer
