RecommendedI had my back operation over three weeks ago. The hospital has called me every Sunday to see how I am doing. Food was great and the nurses and staff was absolutely great👍

RecommendedI give the quality of care ok marks. However trying to get a request from the business office leaves a lot to be desired. I have been trying to get a statement from them with medical codes to get a reimbursement from my HRA for about two weeks now. No ONE RETURNS Phone calls. I have even left messages for supervisor. Maybe the next step,should be Channel 2.

RecommendedJust had knee replacement surgery and my experience was awesome. The caring nurses and therapist made my stay a very pleasant one. Need I mention the meals were amazing too!Thank you guys you all are amazing people!

RecommendedHave been admited to Tops Hospital 3 times for Spinal Surgery ! The admitting office ,nurses and Doctors are all very good ! The nurses after surgery are always there when I have pressed call button.! It is clean and actually enjoyed the food ! If someone spends night with you after surgery the nurses make sure they are treated nicely and always ask if they may help them in any way ! RecommendedWithin the last three weeks, I have had an epidural and this past week had my gall bladder removed. I can't compliment the staff enough for their attentiveness. Everyone was very professional and made me feel like I was someone special. I highly recommend TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital.
