Tortoise Rock is exactly what it's advertised to be. .a casino! I did not come here wanting to drink or listen to music. I would go to a bar or club for that. I came here wanting to gamble and smoke inside in one of the only places we smokers are allowed to light up anymore. Five stars to Tortoise Rock for being a casino and not a nightclub!
