Professional and Friendly Service I am a new patient at Rachel Gold's office and at my visit I was shocked by the professionalism and kindness of all members of the staff. From the front desk reception to the hygienist to the actual dentist, everyone was so welcoming. You could tell they cared about their jobs and the customers they are servicing.
The best I've recently moved to Kentucky and wanted a dentist for my 4 year old that would give her a positive experience. Everyone was friendly and kind. She loved it and we will definitely be making this our family dentist.
They always greet you with a friendly hello and smile I lost a crown and they got me in the first thing in the morning you couldn't get better service I would recommend the staff to anyone
Exceptional service and staff! i encountered three people at my visit to Dr. Gold's office Monday. Ana, the receptionist, Kimberly, the one who did my exam and cleaning, and Dr. Gold. Each of these women were very wonderful. Professional, sweet, and caring, they made me feel special and feel like this is a place I can trust. Ashley was very professional and courteous during the cleaning she did on my teeth. Everyone in the office is also very kind and makes you feel like you are their special patient. I like the girl power in the office! Thanks for making my visit comfortable.
