I had a great experience at Dr. Gold's office. As a first time patient I was able to get an appointment quickly and the registration process was easy due to the online forms. Nothing to fill out at the office...nice! Dr. Gold was friendly, professional, and gentle. She asked the right questions and listened to my answers and concerns. I received a good cleaning and for once I'm not dreading going back to the dentist in 6 months.
Its been 5 years since I went to the dentist, boy was that a mistake. Anyway the staff and Dr. Gold were very nice, and very helpful. Of course I had to come back for a deep cleaning and was not looking towards that. I have had this done before and it was not very pleasant. especially that shot of novicane right behind the top two front teeth. So when I showed up for my appointment I was pretty nervous. Dr. Gold and her staff were welcoming, reassuring and professional. I don't like dental visits and tend to delay scheduling them but won't have that problem with Dr. Gold. I especially like that she takes time to answer all questions and listens to my concerns.
After month of looking for a dentist that would take my out of state insurance, your flyer came in the mail. Thank you. Your staff worked with me and the insurance company to insure that every thing would work out. After arriving at your office you were welcoming and understanding. Dr. Gold and her assistant were kind and courteous. Dr. Gold was very knowledgeable with regard to my TMJ problem and explained it to me in terms that I would understand. She was very caring and concerned with my comfort during her exam and cleaning.
Very easy to talk to. Friendly staff. Clean and nice office.
