Dr. Wilke is a biologic, holistic, alternative and mercury safe dentist who’s main objective is to do no harm to patients by knowingly placing any materials into them that will cause harm, like mercury amalgam fillings, nickel beryllium metals, and performing procedures such as root canals, while also safely removing these materials placed from old dental work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Total Mouth Fitness get FIVE STARS! My son Jacob had a dental visit with Dr. Wilke and his amazing staff on 8/18. Jacob has autism and the staff were soo patient and kind to him. They not only explained every step to him, but demonstrated every step. I am so happy we have a MERCURY FREE holistic dentist in San Antonio. Our visits was such a calming experience with essential oils diffused in the lobby. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wilke at Total Mouth Fitness for your entire family..❤️

I felt very comfortable seeing Dr. Wilkie, he took time to explain everything to me and I can tell he is dedicated to treating patients in the most holistic way possible. The staff was extremely pleasant as well.
