I would absolutely recommend this urgent care/emergency room. The check-in process was fairly simple and straightforward. Little to no wait time to be taken to an exam room. The medical staff were extremely prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The MD made me feel comfortable and remained informative throughout the entire process. I appreciate the fact that he was thorough and didn’t appear to be rushed or racing for time as many physicians do.
The emergency room was extremely clean and I did not have a long wait. Dr. Paul Lee and the medical staff were extremely attentive and personable. They took excellent care of me and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. I would highly recommend TotalCare Emergency Room for your emergency medical needs!
Dr. Lee and Nurse Kathy were absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable, caring and very understanding of our situation that caused us to visit. I highly recommend this facility! Everyone was so nice and no wait time!
My husband and I went in there, feeling completely defeated, and walked out, feeling like a champions!! Check in was fast and straight to the point. Literally no wait time at all. Soon as I got there, I got to a room. I wasn’t sure what was going on with me but later found out, I was type two diabetic. My levels were 4 times the amount. I was scared out my mind. Dr Pandi, Gloria, RN and the front desk Nurse were exceptional in helping my son who presented with rash. After several tests, he had Pharyngitis and was prescribed some antibiotics and prednisone for the swelling in his throat. I just wanted to say that the professionalism they displayed was beyond what words could alter. Many thanks. With people like that, I have faith in humanity. Thanks again. God bless!
