very simple to use. when I had trouble on the 2nd day to access the pass on my phone I called and got a live person immediately that was able to remedy the situation. very please would use again. the only thing I would suggest if the activity level would be placed on the description of the tours. I was traveling with my spouse who due to health problems did not have the endurance to stand or walk for too long. I hadn't been to Charleston since I was a little girl. With the tour pass, we were able to explore, learn, and have an exciting and economically affordable time. We pretty much got our money's worth on the speed boat tour alone. I highly recommend that activity. It's exciting and you are the captain of your own vessel. If you are going to Charleston, you can't go wrong with this one!

We should have ordered our day pass early in the day because we really didnâ€™t get our moneys worth which is our fault but I think it would have been nice to have 24hr pass from the time we bought it.

My husband and I visited Charleston, SC for the first time last month. We had so many places we wanted to tour! The Tour Pass was very easy to use. It was helpful to have all the available options together on my phone, and the maps were useful. Truthfully, we rushed from place to place to fit in the places we were interested in and missed one place. We ended up paying admission the day after our two-day pass expired. I was able to get a couple dollars off our tour passes, and we ended up saving about $59 a person. We probably could have seen more attractions, but we only spent one day in Charleston. We did the carriage ride, speedboat adventures, the art museum and the Nathaniel Russell mansion. The tour pass is a great deal! Another couple that did the speedboat adventure with us also went on the same carriage ride, and they paid full price for everything. Both the speedboat and the carriage ride were awesome.
