Using tour pass was very user user friendly and made check-ins a breeze. All of our reservations for featured attractions were available, just as expected, when we arrived at the stated location to check-in. We did find that tour pass recommended being at the site a little earlier than was necessary and often had to wait for tour providers to show up; however being early is always better than being late or feeling rushed. The pass was easy to use and they gave clear information and directions. My only problem was that a morning tour was cancelled the evening before and there were no other featured items available for me to use at that same time slot. So, I didn’t get to use all my featured items. I am sure that doesn’t happen often, but it did mess up my plans quite a bit.

Charleston Tour Pass is THE way to see Charleston!!! We did the 3 day attraction one for our honeymoon, and we went to 4 featured tours that way. We then went to other free things on the app as well! We saved SO MUCH MONEY and it was very helpful having a reservation beforehand. :)

We loved having the Tour Pass! And the person manning the Tour Pass phone was so nice. I must have called hm five times and he was always kind and helpful. It was nice having everything planned and paid for in advance. Definitely the way to go!!
