I had been going to a different dry cleaner for many years but found that after Covid their hours were too restrictive. Tower has been a marked improvement. In addition to having more reasonable and predictable pricing (prices at my last place were wildly arbitrary), my clothes look great. They have an amazing system whereby you can track their process and know exactly what they’re doing. I love everything about the Tower Cleaner in my neighborhood. They are lovely, professional, helpful and do beautiful work, whether cleaning or repairing or creating! Very reliable and creative too!
