I’m wanting to brag about my experience at Town East Ford’s body shop. They’ve always performed excellent work and I took my truck in to get it painted and it is amazing. I totally recommend the body shop for anybody who needs any kind of repairs thank you Town East Ford body shop.
Hector Briones was the person who helped me out in the body shop. I was originally going to take it somewhere else but he convinced me to leave it with him and he would take care of it as if it was his own. He instilled in me confidence that my car was going to be taken care of and I was. Car was completed before schedule and was exactly as promised! Thanks Hector!

The repair to my car is amazing! My car looks brand new! I do wish they were more proactive on keeping me updated throughout the process, but the end result is beautiful. Overall I am very pleased.
My vehicle was damaged. Oscar was the technician assigned to handle the repair. Oscar was very professional. He kept me abreast of the status of the repairs. Upon completion of the repairs, Oscar made sure I was satisfied and any concern I had, big or small, he addressed them and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Tow.
