Got rearended and my insurance wanted me to take it to town east. I took my truck and they charged the insurance co for a new bumper. But the thing is that they just cleaned up my old bumper and just replaced the plastic part on top of the bumper. Also my exhaust pipe was hanging down and they said that they cleaned it up and tightened it all up. I was driving and my exhaust fell off where they supposedly fix it. I’m wanting to brag about my experience at Town East Ford’s body shop. They’ve always performed excellent work and I took my truck in to get it painted and it is amazing. I totally recommend the body shop for anybody who needs any kind of repairs thank you Town East Ford body shop.
Hector Briones was the person who helped me out in the body shop. I was originally going to take it somewhere else but he convinced me to leave it with him and he would take care of it as if it was his own. He instilled in me confidence that my car was going to be taken care of and I was. Car was completed before schedule and was exactly as promised! Thanks Hector!

The repair to my car is amazing! My car looks brand new! I do wish they were more proactive on keeping me updated throughout the process, but the end result is beautiful. Overall I am very pleased.
