We were recently rear ended and had to decide on a spot to fix our car. Firstly, I won a premium cross over suv. Brand new. Got rear-ended March 19th. Hector was my tech. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, worked with the at fault insurance co. I highly recommend this place! This is the second time I've used them for restoring my truck back to looking brand new! Flawless transaction! My only complaint was they absolutely use too much bleach to sanitize the lobby. I wish people realized it doesn't take more to sanitize... it is actually more harmful than the germs!
I chose Town East Ford Collision based on a previous great experience and they were on the list of preferred collision centers by Statefarm. They provided outstanding service on our vehicle and great communication. Our car looks brand new and I thank them so much!
I was involved in an accident and used my insurance (Allstate) and worked with Zach Preddy to repair my vehicle. Zach was amazing. He was responsive, kind, helpful, and patient with my questions. He responded quickly to all of my emails and truly made what can be a frustrating experience as hassle-free as possible. I highly recommend working with Zach (if you get a choice), and the work at Town East Ford Collision.
Town East Ford did an excellent job handling repairs of my Jeep. I chose them because they had, by far, the highest number of excellent reviews online. The customer service I received lived up to what I read in those reviews. Rick Garner was fantastic at addressing my concerns, explaining the work that would be done, updating me as the repairs were made, and making sure I had an overall great experience. I would absolutely use Town East Ford again.

I can't thank Anthony Dimola and Jonathan Spence enough for ALL their help in recent months!!! SO many times they went over and above to help me!!!! This is by far the BEST Service Center at any dealership I have dealt with in all my years with Ford!!!! Thank you isn't enough but it's the best I can do on a review!!!! I recently ran over a plastic/paint bucket and it ripped my undercarriage. I was referred to Town East Body Shop by my insurance as a certified repair shop. I got into this one the next morning after a Nissan affliated shop could not. I must say the entire experience was very seamless. I had an appointment and claim through my insurance.
