Do not go or take your pet to this place. The staff super rude they gave me a price over the phone and later they charge me a total different price after service was done only for the rude receptionist I say I’m sorry this is the price, and I wasn’t the one who give you the price. Unfortunately, Towne North is one of the most expensive veterinarians in this part of town. For example, in the office they charge $33 for a single dose of Trifexis for my dogs weight range. Other veterinarians in the area charge around $21. Towne North has a self-branded website run by a third party that offers a somewhat better price, but they refuse to honor the online price if you buy in person. So the next day I take our chocolate lab, chocolate chip to the vet as he was just diagnosed with heart worms last month. Come to find out he was actually diagnosed last year 2017 of May, and this diagnosis fell through the cracks by the vet. Charging me $60.00 for what was clearly marked not for individual sale flea meds that should have issued as free samples. Not that I was looking for free but not to be gouged either. When you can buy this product in a six month supply online for$71.00

This Animal Hospital is corrupt. My cat was recently diagnosed with Kidney issues and has to take fluids every other day. I initially got the medicine from them but I needed to get a new bag of fluids and decided to look around for a better deal. This place charges about $40 for a bag of 1000ml but I found them online at Drs Foster and Smith Pharmacy for about $30. The best part is that is a 3 pack for a total of 3000ml.
