"Excellent Service" Very polite driver. Gave me a 10 minute notification before he arrived for my pickup. Arrived a few minutes early so I didnt have to wait out long.
"Professional driver, respectfull" Salim behaved with us in a very professional way, he greeted us in a friendly matter, very respectfully, even when he to pick me up after I called him when my car was done in a very timely maner and he drive following the traffic regulation, in general it was a very good experience
"Customer Service went above and beyong " Zahir was my courtesy driver and he went above and beyond. I had to go all the way in the southside for work and typically the courtesy service does drive that far from the dealership. Zahir was so friendly and happy made the drive very pleasant. He offered to grab me when i finished work at 5:00 pm. I asked Zahir what was his hours of work he advised 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. He was working far past his time.
