"15/15" Haneen was great. I've never seen her in a bad mood. Always friendly with a smile. I just brought in all three of my cars in three days and she was awesome. Extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I give her 15/15 ( 5/5 for each day ) plus a bonus 5/5 for calling me Rick. She is a keeper. I wish we had her as an employee at our company. Rick

"Great Job" Explained to Kim that I had new tires installed and that the sensor light came on and when checking the tires one of the tires only showed 25 psi and that I had monitored the pressure over a 5 day period and was losing about 1 psi every day. The van was in and out in 45 minutes and was informed by Kim that the valves stems were loose and all were replaced even though the service report indicates only tightened. "Six to Midnight" just bought a 2015 Tacoma off these wonderful people, they were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. the moment I walked in the receptionist was absolutely delightful. it was hard not to immediately love being in her presence. second was Maja and she treated me so well that it felt like I was loved by the entire place. third was alan and he as well was simply great , any question I had, he explained it clear as day. my overall experience was great with these guys. "Highlander XLE " I recently arranged for my fourth vehicle from this dealership. My experience with the staff at Kingsway Toyota was very positive. Mr. Catapangan and Mr. Lim were very helpful and professional. Roneil Sewak was extremely helpful when I went to pick up my new Higlander XLE and took me through the familiarization of the vehicle and had me on my way in a very short period of time. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced at Kingsway Toyota.

"Very attentive! " I am on my 3rd Tundra lease from this dealer and even with some extra issues on this one, Haneen has always been a pleasure to deal with, she communicates well with the customer(even the difficult ones) and as well as the services mechanics.
