Terrible experience with this collision center. Do not do business with Kerry, he will outright lie to you. My 2024 brand new vehicle is falling apart because of the service that was provided. Kerry handed me my car with a missing vinyl decals that I paid toyota for it being a sports edition. They removed it on the side they worked on and never replaced it. They initially fixed my car but replaced it with the wrong front part in which it did not fully fit. I worked with Sam and constantly had to follow up with him regarding the piece and he kept giving me the run around and never called back when he said they’ll have the part ordered. I would definitely avoid this place if you need your car fixed through insurance as they’re not communicative at all. I’m contacting State Farm now that I’m back in Texas to have this fully resolved.
Toyota did a great job on my vehicle after I was in a hit and run. Meagan kept me updated regularly, used only OEM parts and the repair was beautiful. They made working with Enterprise for a rental car a smooth process, as well. Heaven forbid, I would definitely use this collision center again if necessary!
Stay away from this body shop! My recent experience at this body shop was nothing short of a disaster. I entrusted them with my car in May to rectify hail damage, as well as issues with the tailgate and back bumper cover. The outcome? An absolute nightmare. 1. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with this collision center was nothing short of terrible. I dropped off my brand-new Camry at the beginning of the month for minor damage on my front passenger door—a straightforward repair that should have been quick and seamless.
