It’s a very nice service center. I had an appointment for regular maintenance, they gave an estimated time frame and stuck to it. Everyone was polite and professional, not just the me, I watched how they spoke to and treated others. They have a very spacious and comfortable waiting area, with outlets available to charge your phone. There is a small cafe to purchase sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. Coffee is free. It was a pleasurable experience.

Mia was very attentive to the needs for the vehicle I brought in it was a New York based care with Toyota care and after we got the name game over the service if done as prescribed was completed
