Full service. Brian Cramer knows the mechanics of cars and guided me in review and final selection of Highlander hybrid. The right car arrived and I knew it the car! From there the team did what they do to close the deal on wheels! Customer service complete with WiFi and complimentary coffees etc. tech friendly per documents signed and follow up for service etc on app.

We had a good experience. They weren’t pushy. Once I gave the green light it was fairly expedient, especially impressed with the finance manager (Veruska). I was in regular communication with Kelly my sales person, she answered my questions, was responsive, interested in doing business, and pleasant, the right fir for me. We are enjoying our Ruby, Rav4 limited, and so far are happy with our purchase.
The staff who assisted me were very helpful from when I dropped my car off and later picked it up.
