Bonnie Shafer helped me with my purchase of a new Toyota Corolla Crossover. She answered every question I had and din't make me feel stupid. My new Crossover was completely set up/programmed by Bonnie and was ready to go when I arrived. She even put a huge white bow on the car and took my pic of my new car and me!! She gave me a tutorial of the car. She was so AWESOME.

We have purchased 7 vehicles from DFB Toyota. The main reason we have been using them is their employees. They know how to make you feel important. Looking soon for # 8.
Service Department and staff is very efficient and professional, work completed as ordered and on time.
