Exceptional! y great service. Every person I dealt with along the process was very helpful. I enjoyed the text updates and ability to track and pay my bill via text. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle at Toyota of Deerfield Beach and refer my friends Ana family.
We had a good experience. They weren’t pushy. Once I gave the green light it was fairly expedient, especially impressed with the finance manager (Veruska). I was in regular communication with Kelly my sales person, she answered my questions, was responsive, interested in doing business, and pleasant, the right fir for me. We are enjoying our Ruby, Rav4 limited, and so far are happy with our purchase.
The staff who assisted me were very helpful from when I dropped my car off and later picked it up.
Congratulations! Very good service, everybody very kind and profesional. The negotiation was fast and smooth.
