Tracey was helpful, informative and listened. She responded to my emails and when I reached out she replied in a timely manner. The other two individuals working my file after Tracey did not and I had to reach out to Tracey to get an update and verify information. The loan closed and funds have been received but only because Tracey responded. Other staff should learn from her example.
