I am not good with numbers, and so i asked a lot of questions regarding those numbers, sometimes i repeat the same question, and she will take her time to explain to me. Tracy is always professional during the process of my refinancing. She will always tell me to contact her if i have any questions or concerns. Tracy was great, kept us up to date and in the loop when things were going right, not just when there was a hangup. The delay in closing was only a few days and it was no fault of the lender (USDA loan). They entire process was easy, she told us what to expect and the people that work with/for her were also pleasant and easy to work with when they reached out to us for something.
