I am 64 and was approved for disability without a hearing 16 months after filing. Although i had an immense amount of medical documentation I think it helps sway the vote if you have legal representation. Additionally, I liked having a team answer to me when I inquired if medical documents had been sent.All in all it was a stress free process and I am happy with the outcome and can finally enjoy retirement!
